ROBIN P. "Rob" NEEDHAM
Rob Needham was a business leader in the Federal Industrial complex who specialized in developing new contract opportunities with large and medium-sized corporations as well as Federal Government customers. His experience covered a wide range of areas including business operations, business finance, international business, along with executive profit & loss responsibility. In addition, he has over 40 years of leadership experience and served in two branches of the U.S. military during his full military career. He is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has performed both Mediation and Arbitrator functions for the 4th Judicial District of Colorado and the Better Business Bureau. Rob was elected as a Director of a Property Owner's Association in Colorado - and served later in the positions of Secretary, Treasurer and then President.
Rob and his wife Heide currently reside on Moss Creek Plantation near Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. They have three grown children and two grandchildren.
Rob is a team player with a proven ability to get results in organizations that have challenges and a desire to improve. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and earned Master's degrees from both the State University of New York and the United State Naval War College. He uses his life experience and talent in working with people to develop win-win solutions to tough challenges. He is an active listener who wants to truly understand various positions on subjects before engaging with recommendations or potential solutions.
